Why should I choose your company to rent from?
We care about our customers and business.  We not only want your business this time, but every time.  That's why we offer a unique service that other companies do not.  We know in order to have our customers 100% satisfaction we have to go above and beyond. We offer delivery, setup, pickup, clean, newer units, fully stocked, and well maintained campers.  Since we are not a big corporate company we can accommodate special requests more so than the otherS.  

I have never stayed in a camper before.  What should I expect?
Our travel trailers are homes away from home.  They are designed to be lived in should you choose.   You should expect a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, bedroom(s), and a cozy living area.  The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and sink.  Bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet.  Once your electric, water, and sewer is connected, the operation is not much different from your home.  You should also expect a very clean unit.  

What should I bring?
Not much.  Your personal items, pillows, and food is all that is needed.  Our campers come fully stocked.  Everything from pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee maker, coffee filters, can opener, toaster, dish towels, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash cans with bags are included.  We also supply one propane bottle and a portable sewer tank for those who need one.  All of this at no extra cost to you!

I'm driving from out of state so I'm not sure what my exact time of arrival is. Is this a problem? 
No.  As long as we don't have another delivery or pickup scheduled we are flexible.  We do ask that you give us your best estimated time of arrival.

Where is the pickup location?
Our units are located in Summerville, SC.  Approximately 4 miles off I-26 and 20 miles off I-95.  We are just 25 miles from Charleston and 80 miles from Columbia. 

I prefer for you to deliver the camper.  What is included?
We take care of all of your needs when you hire us to deliver the unit.  We setup, level, and secure the camper.  This includes all your available services such as water, electric, sewer, and cable.  We also make sure the inside is setup and everything is back in it's original place.  If time allows we can arrive before you so that everything is ready upon your arrival.  Once it's time to depart you simply remove your personal belongings and lock the doors behind you.  Leave the rest to us! 

Am I required to clean the camper and tanks before I return the unit?
No.  We want to make your vacation stress free and enjoyable as possible.  That's why we do all the dirty work.  We ask that you return the unit in a neat condition, but leave the deep cleaning to us.  If your hauling the camper we do ask that you utilize the campground's dump station and empty all tanks.  However, you are not required to clean the tanks. 

Do I have to refill the propane bottles before turning in the unit?
No.  Minimum of 1 full tank is provided to you free.  The only time you are responsible for refilling a bottle is if you run out during your stay. 

Is there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not!  The only charges is your rental rate, taxes, plus delivery fee if applicable.  When towing units beyond three hundred miles round trip there is an extra fee of $15 per 100 miles.  For your convenience we do offer a generator that may or may not be needed.   

Generator- $25 per night or $140 per week.  You must provide the non ethanol gas. 

If I should have an operational question while staying in your camper, what should I do? 
We are available by phone 24 hours a day while staying with us.  All questions, we are here to help.   We also have a helpful "cheat" guide located inside the camper you are renting.  

Am I required to purchase insurance? 
No.  If we deliver the camper there is no additional insurance required.  If you tow the camper we must have your vehicle insurance company fill out a liability form (binder) verifying coverage.  Additional coverage can be purchased through MBA, but is not required.  MBA charges around $15 a day for this extra protection.
